Our goal is to recognise and highlight the outstanding achievements of individuals and businesses within our business community. To acknowledge, encourage and motivate the business community, whilst providing valuable and well-deserved exposure through our awards program.
Business NSW Awards
5 of our awards are aligned with Business NSW. This alignment enables successful local businesses, provided they meet the eligibility criteria, to advance from the local level to compete and represent Griffith at the regional level. From there, they may progress to the state level, showcasing their excellence alongside the best businesses in NSW.
The Griffith Business Chamber Awards have a strong track record of success, with local winners achieving impressive results at higher levels at State Level.
How to enter Business NSW Awards?
Self nominate - Businesses submit answers to a series of questions allocated by Business NSW. Only judges will see the answers and will not be shared publicly.
Judging - Judges are independent, experts in their field and are not located in Griffith. (For aligned awards only) All entries are confidential. Sponsors and Chamber committee members are not judges of aligned awards.
Local Awards
The purpose of our Local Awards is all about supporting local and to ignite positivity. We’re bringing back the Popular Choice Awards by recognising achievements & success of our local businesses, showcasing Outstanding Customer Service by industry, celebrating women in business and highlighting what Griffith is renowned for - FOOD!
Local Awards help businesses attract employees & can be used as a marketing tool to promote their business!
How to enter Local Awards?
Public Nominations: Members of the public will nominate businesses. Once nominations have been received, finalists will be narrowed down by a panel of judges. From there, the public will then vote for the overall winner. The Griffith community will decide!
AWARDS NIGHT
The 2025 Awards night will be held on Satruday 2nd August 2025 and guests be treated to a spectacular evening including a champagne reception offering the chance to network with a room filled with the business community, delicious food, an entertaining MC, as well as the awards ceremony itself where we will recognise and award the deserving winners.
